Forest Byrd of TC9700Gaming got an exclusive look at the General Motors simulator to see how they used their Ansible Motion dynamic Delta DIL simulator to develop the ground breaking mid-engined Chevrolet C8 Corvette. He got to drive the virtual vehicle model of the C8 round the rFpro digital twin of Milford Proving Ground in the simulator.
Forest shares his thoughts regarding the realism of the simulator as well as the development opportunities it presents for using highly dynamic simulators in the development of new vehicles.
